The hosts leveled matters through Peter Lwasa with six minutes to halftime with a calm finish and goalkeeper Richard Anyama had no chance.
After recess,   Kefa Kisala introduced Feni Ali for Bokotá Labama but it was Ronald Kigongo who put URA ahead at the hour mark when he connected to Fred Okot’s cross to fire home.
Midfielder Shafik Kagimu put the game beyond reach scoring in the 82nd minute for URA to record their first win at home this season.
Kisala, the URA head coach attributed the win to team performance and belief within the players.
