Proline FC vs Masavu FC, 4:30 pm
Finally, Masavu Fc will play their first Azam Uganda premier league game as they visit Proline FC at Startimes Stadium in Lugogo.
The new league entrants had their match day one fixture against Police FC called off after the club failed to present the licences of their players, and the end result the club was docked off 3 points and made to pay one million Uganda Shillings.
The Entebbe based Club has now been cleared to play.
Coached by Alex Gitta and Joseph Mutyaba, Masavu FC come into this encounter with fresh legs following their uncalled for rest on Tuesday.
Proline FC on the other hand, embarked on a mission impossible way up to the North and they managed to pick a point following a goalless draw with Onduparaka FC.
Noordin Bunjo who missed the trip to Greenlight Stadium still remains the only absentee for Proline FC.
Proline FC at home in the league
Last season, Mujib Kasule’s side won 5, drew 7 and lost 3 games at home; they scored 24 and conceeded 20 goals in the process.
Only KCCA FC, Police FC and Soana picked victories against Proline at home last season.
The 20 goals they conceded at home was the second poorest tally in the league, JMC hippos conceded 24.
However, only KCCA FC (40) and Villa SC (30) scored more goals than Proline FC playing at home. They were joint third with Vipers on 24 league home games.
