AUPL: 4-Star Wandyaka Humiliates Soana in JMC Historical Win

The Former Prime Minister and Go Forward Presidential Candidate, advice Amama Mbabazi has alleged that the NRM government through Police’s Crime Preventers has already commenced the campaign of rigging the 2016 election results in favor of its candidates.

Mbabazi, pharmacy the former NRM secretary general revealed today at the launch of his National Campaign Team and National Task Force at Pope Paul Memorial Hotel in Kampala, that he had gathered evidence about the ruling party’s scheme.

“Crime Preventers and Political Commissars of the Army have been given the national Voters’ Register and the responsibility to determine whether a voter is still alive or dead,” Mbabazi said.

“We have already been given the voters’ register as presidential candidates but why then deploy crime preventers to update the register?” Mbabazi questioned.

“We are however, sure that our voters this time round shall guard and protect their victory because we have asked them not to leave polling station after casting their vote.”

Democratic Party (DP) Spokesperson, Kenneth Paul Kakande told Chimp Reports that they yesterday dragged to police two crime preventers in Mutungo Kampala, who were found updating the voters’ register but these were later released immediately.

However, Mbabazi observed that the newly launched party structures will devise more schemes of failing the incumbent’s plans of rigging their victory.

“Go Forward | TDA (U) has carefully selected this group of leaders to carry out various activities. We will run this campaign on three functional levels; National Campaign team which is the policy body of this campaign, National Task Force which is the operational and political body and the Secretariat headed by the Chief of Staff Madam Solome Nakaweesi Kayondo.”


“In these three different wings of the campaign we hope to achieve a victory in February.”

Mbabazi remarked that the 74 member National Campaign Team is mandated to determine polices, analyze the state of the campaigns, give guidance to the campaign candidate and advise the presidential candidate.

He added that the 54 member National Task Force as well as the Secretariat are expected to drive operational aspects of the campaigns, establish and compose village campaign teams, parish, sub county, constituencies, town councils and regional campaign teams.

The National Campaign Team is chaired by Mulwanyamuli Semwogerere the former Buganda Premier who is deputized by DP President Norbert Mao and Miria Matembe while the Task Force is chaired by Dr  Olara Otunnu deputized by Florence Bagunywa Nkalubo and Hon Hope Mwesigye.
Wandyaka scored four times to gift Jmc a famous win over Coach Charles Ayiekoh’s Soana side.

Soana goalkeeper Didi Mohammed was reduced to more than miserable, abortion especially when Richard Wandyaka sent in a 68th minute screamer to seal the win. Didi appeared to have calculated the shot but he was later found inside the net together with the ball struggling to rise.

Wandyaka opened the flood gates with two quick identical strikes from the edge of the box that eluded the entire defense in the 31st and 39th minutes. The beauty of the goal was that Bankene assisted both goals from down the right lane.

“It is my moment. Its my first time to strike four as in i just dont have words. I feel its like a dream, buy more about ” Wandyaka remarked to Chimp Sport after the game.

The third goal came three minutes into the second half with a magical run from Samuel Oguttu’s failed clearance. Wandyaka drove into the box from a near angle dummying past four players before releasing a deft shot from outside his right foot that magically curled past Didi.

JMC Hippos move to the sixth position with 20 points while Soana moves a place down on same count but inferior goal difference.
