Ange Kagame, the daughter of Rwandan President Paul Kagame and Jeanette Kagame, has got married in a private ceremony in the country’s capital, Kigali.
The bride, who wore a white gown, married her longtime sweetheart, Bertrand Ndengeyingoma.
“I have found the one whom my soul loves,” said Ange soon after exchanging vows at Intare Conference Arena located in Kabuga Town in Rwanda.
The exclusive party was graced by President Kagame’s family and close associates.
The presidential guard provided security at the venue of the reception.
Videos posted on social media showed president Kagame dancing the night away to celebrate his daughter’s marriage.
Ange recently completed one year Master’s Program at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
Ange is the second oldest child with three other siblings, Ivan Cyomoro, Ian Kagame, and Brian Kagame.
She is a basketball and football fan, and follows the Boston Celtics and Arsenal.
