The couple, which subscribes to opposition Uganda People’s Congress (UPC), is close to President Museveni.

The President has for the last week been holding several meeting at his upcountry home in Rwakitura, Kiruhuura District.

Also expected at the function is Speaker Rebecca Kadaga, her deputy Jacob Oulanya and many ministers.
