Gen Ali Blasts Opposition MPs’ Laziness In Parliament

Opposition MP Medard Ssegona, however, disapproved Ali saying NRM members also sit in those committees designated to opposition and were as well responsible for the mess.

The chairman Public Accounts Committee which is also a committee designated to be led by opposition, Kassiano Wadri, said they were “working tirelessly” only to be delayed by the government.

He cited what he described as “the infamous Office of the Prime Minister scandal that consumed the better time of PAC since last year.”

He said they have finished questioning all witnesses numbering about 200.
