The Nordics refers to the five countries in the Northern hemisphere which include Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway.
Ntende said the convention aims to kick-start this vision by bringing Nordic business people that have an interest in investing or expanding their market in Uganda as well as the Ugandans in the Diaspora and in Uganda that are looking for joint ventures, investors or innovative projects.
He added that during this year’s cruise, the Minister of Finance, Maria Kiwanuka will be present to explain the different policies that are required by investors before operating business in Uganda and also explain more about the oil sector.
Ntende said the convention will help Ugandan in the Diaspora to get to know each other hence exchanging different ideas that will help them grow stronger.
