Commercial Banks To Serve Customers In Local Languages

Bagyenda on Friday called upon all stake holders participating in this symposium to use this opportunity to share ideas and experiences that will enrich their businesses and provide possible alternatives to promote financial inclusion so as to enhance entrepreneurship in Uganda.

These alternative modes initiated include introduction of mobile vans, which serve customers at various locations on specific days and as well as to bankers.


The mobile money agents will cater for people in different languages to make sure customers understand their services as they cash in and cash out transactions.

She emphasized on this because various mobile money businesses are growing very fast and have been embraced by a very large population.
