Injured goalkeeper Lukwago Charles and midfielder Davis ‘Kamista’ Senkubyala, approved who both needed stitches after colliding in the Bul gameCharles Lukwago and midfielder Davis ‘Kamista’ Senkubyala are battling time to be fit for today’s clash at Lugogo Stadium.

The match kicks off at 4:00 pm. The duo is likely to be stitched after a grave collision in the club’s last game against BUL FC.

“We’re approaching this game calmly. But obviously with our not so encouraging form in the second round of the season, we want to win today and save our season,” said Bogere.

Curiously, Steven Bogere has decided to include the two (Lukwago and Kamista) on his lineup today though he is quite aware that his influential midfielder Gift Ali Gigi will not take part in the game after his dismissal against BULL last Tuesday.

“It’s going to be a tough game but we shall give our all. Gigi’s absence has affected us because he is one of our best players. But i have a group of good young players from which to choose replacements.” Bogere added when asked about Gift Ali’s situation.

Bogere will start Lukwago in goal, Ausi Kaaya, Yusuf Mukasa(c), Denis Makoba, veteran Ababukar Tabula in defence. Kamista, Senfuka Rahmatt, Paddy Muhumuza, Ismail Kabugu and Wadri Kadogo will make up the 5 man midfield with Julius Okocha as lone striker.
