According to the IEBC the Constitution provides for the inclusion of all votes cast in calculating the percentage of the presidential tally and that includes the spoilt and rejected votes.


Speaking to the Members of the press at the Bomas of Kenya William Ruto accused section foreign missions for taking position.

“Jubilee Coalition is concerned over the sudden change of rules by IEBC which to us is meant to deny us a first round win,” Ruto said.
