You are the one who Texts first
Well, if you are the one who is always texting first, you can count it as a sign that you are in a clingy relationship. I am sure you have a lot of justifications, but here is how you can test whether the theory is true. Try not texting your partner and see if they text you. If it’s been hours without a text from them, then it means you are the clingy one.
You can’t step away from them
Whenever you are together outside at a social gathering for example, you just can’t stand to be away from them for a moment. You can’t let them visit the washroom without standing by the door, when someone calls them you tag along with them whether you are needed there or not. This is not a sign of a healthy relationship.
You are always craving their attention
If your partner is not responding to your call or text, you immediately start looking for another platform to get in touch with them. This can be very annoying. Just because they are not responding to you immediately doesn’t mean they are ignoring you or cheating on you.
Constantly checking your phone for their response
If you are constantly checking your phone after sending a text to see if they have responded or not, you have reached major clinger status. To be honest most of us fall under this category, as we are all very impatient when it comes to waiting for text messages or replies for that matter.
