Although Mutumba posses a Swedish Passport, the Ugandan government accepts duo citizenship.
FUFA President Lawrence Mulindwa and the federation spokesperson Rogers Mulindwa have been pursuing the Mutumba matter since Uganda played the last qualifiers match against Kenya.
The player was also in Uganda between 14-18, January this year for issues related to the same development. While in Uganda, Mutumba met Bobby and promised to offer his best during the campaign.
