Hima Cement presented bounced cheques issued by the couple.

Justice Wangutsi ruled that the couple holding the money for 10 years denied Hima Cement the right to multiply its resources and hence deserved to be compensated at an interest of 8% from 2009 when the case was filed.

Hima alleges that Hon. Nakadama together with her husband Isonga between the period of 2003 and 2005 borrowed bags of cement worth Shs 120m from Hima cement factory promising to pay by cheque which they didn’t fulfil.
