Ampaire was also proved guilty over some NAADS cheques which processed and cashed without his knowledge.


He noted that on January 8, 2014 cheque No. 00000172 worth Shs 224,000 and January 17, 2014 cheque No. 00000176 worth Shs 3,290,000 were cashed.

When Justus Ampaire was asked to defend him, he stammered and failed to defend himself.

This prompted Niwagaba to suspend him out of office for the Chief Administrative Officer Kabale to take care of the office as investigations go on.

The locals who include Justus Kyampaire councillor Kitojo parish, Geoffrey Burikoti, a councillor Nyakagabagaba parish, Medard Byamukama secretary procurement and the sub county Vice chairperson Rwamucucu, Medard Kamugisha, commended the office RDC for suspending Ampaire accusing him of not being transparent in his work mostly in issues with finance.

They, however, asked the district authorities to transfer him to another sub county for the benefit of residents in Rwamucucu.

He faces Abdallah who holds the African light weight kickboxing title which he lifted at the age of 17 years.
