Man Arrested In Shs400m Con

unhealthy sans-serif; color: #222222;”>According to the Police Spokesperson Kampala Metropolitan, ed Idi Ibin Ssenkumbi, the business man was conned way back in September 2013, after he was promised hefty monies by the conman and that his business problems would be solved if he joined what he called a mega deal.

Apparently the two were meeting in various areas that Sentongo claimed were his residences.

He kept rotating from Bulenga to Kawempe and then Makindye.

The business man was told by Sentongo that since he (Sentongo) is a traditional healer, he would make ritual arrangements and the money would accumulate.

Puzzled, the business man went and sold off some of his property to join the dubious deal and ever since he handed the money to the con star, he has been an reachable not until he was tracked down by the police’s flying squad unit over the weekend.


Sentongo denies to have received the Shs 400m, but confesses to have met him and was given only Shs 100m.

“We continue to warn the public that there’s nothing like money accumulation when you have not worked for it, there are so many people, Constar’s out there waiting to pounce on you in case you want an worked for wealth,” Ssenkumbi informed.

He adds that after investigations, Ssentongo will be charged with obtaining money by false pretence and he is currently at Central police station in Kampala.
