I am a zig zag fighter and ready to beat Mugula to the ground,” vowed the motor-mouthed fighter at a joint press conference at Freedom City in Kampala on Thursday.

Golola further noted that he has acquired new tactics which he said would use to defeat his opponent adding that Mugula is a failure who can’t match him (Golola).

“He always talks about beating me in the 3rd round but how can a man who failed to cross a trench cross a river? I respect him as a good fighter but there can’t be two champions but rather only one and that’s myself. He had got lost in a refugee camp but I am going to bring him back because I will be fighting like a wounded snake.”

However, the soft spoken Ronald Mugula promised to show a spirited fight and warned that he is ready for his opponent.

“I have always wanted this and I am happy it’s going to happen tomorrow,” Mugula charged.

“Both fighters are expected to expose better fighting techniques which will bring anxiety to the fans throughout the game,” warned Uganda Kickboxing Federation Chairman, Hassan Ssekirime.

During the weigh in preparation for the fight Mugula weighed 72.5 while Golola was at 72.3 kg.
