Car Theft On Rise In Kampala

He added: “Police’s Flying Squad managed to arrest one of the ring leaders and coordinator, Asuman Kayiwa, who confessed that their market is in Eastern Congo.

The two vehicles were intercepted by police as they were heading to Arua border.

Police cautions all those having cars to be careful especially where they park or which washing bays should be trusted, because investigations show that most of the thieves connive with people who work in parking and washing bays.
