Dr Katongole Mbidde, the executive director Uganda Virus Research Institute, says that there is need to sensitise vivid communities to circumcise and reduce infections.

It is true the practice has some minor complications regarding trials carried out in the United States and other African countries, but the most commonly reported complications are pain or mild bleeding with no death reported,” Dr Mbidde said.


He appealed to the government to sensitise and create awareness campaign to the public because it’s the only way to change the attitude of the seminally back ward and sexual satisfaction hygiene.
