“They were arrested with 167 reams of papers (rotatrim type) worth Shs 2.6m,” Ogwal said.
The director of the school, Eliasaph Kakwateki said that it has been an occurrence for over five years now.
“Students are required to come with a ream of paper every term but they vanish before they can be put to proper use,” Kakwateki observed.
Interestingly, one of the suspects, Francis Tumushabe, is a brother to the school director.
