“The capacity building for public servant is a crucial aspect as it helps in the betterment of service delivery in the country,” said the Premier.

Dr. Lee Eun Jae appreciated the Government of Rwanda for its achievements especially in the area of public services management which, she says, makes Rwanda a model country in Africa.

The Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) will also support Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) to develop the quality of training modules.

The e-learning project will help Rwanda Management Institute develop e-learning system that shall enable public servants to follow courses in Rwanda from Seoul/Korea through ICT.


Officials say the project is designed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Rwanda’s public institutions in their service delivery systems and processes through Information Technology.
