Lukwago, who was today expected to address a rally at Nakivubo has been arrested from his home in Wakaligga, Old Kampala and escorted to an unknown destination.
However, some opposition supporters including Ingrid Turinawe have already arrived at Nakivubo ahead of the rally where key opposition figures are expected to discuss the KCCA Tribunal’s findings that implicated Lukwago and cleared the process for his impeachment.
Some of the opposition leaders expected at the venue in the not-too-distant future include MPs Betty Nambooze, Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda and Nandala Mafabi among others.
