Cranes To Battle Selected UFL Team

The game is expected to take place Wednesday at Namboole stadium.

According to Micho, they may play more than one game since both sides do have a number of players to test.

The manager of the University Football League, Anthony Tumwesigye, lauded the move as a sign of hope for University Football League and vowed to improve in the organisation to attract the attention of more Super League clubs.

“University Football League that started two years ago, attracting the national team coach’s attention, is a big achievement,” added Tumwesigye.

Uganda Cranes is training intensely for this Saturday November 15, friendly against Amavubi of Rwanda at Namboole stadium, their last game before heading to Kenya for CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup.
