In an application filled by the chairman for DACCA Mustapha Mayambala to the High Court, viagra 40mg drivers are questioning the power of Kampala minister to order for the recollection of the 120000 shillings monthly fee by the taxi drivers that had been halted by the court.
In his submission, viagra sale the acting deputy registrar for the High Court Tadeewo Asiimwe noted that no one is allowed to fix a tax rate without being passed by parliament and therefore advised DACCA to sue Tumwebaze.
In an exclusive interview with Chimpreports, Mayambala expressed his happiness with the decision of the High court and therefore called upon all taxi drivers to keep all the receipts on which they have been paying the 120000 monthly fees adding that the money would be refunded to the drivers after winning the court case.
Meanwhile bus drivers have been warned against increasing transport fares as the new term begins next week.
In an exclusive interview with Chimpreports, Hannington Kiwanuka the National chairman for Uganda Bus Drivers Allied Association noted that drivers are fond of increasing the fares in such days which he described as being unfair.
He noted that back to schooldays are normal days and therefore warned the drivers against increasing the fares.
