He instead called upon the party members to be free and ready to organize for elections.

“As a party, we are mobilizing for free and fair elections come 2016 because we do not believe in boycotting elections,” he said.

Luciima accused the current Electoral Commission (EC) that organized 2011 elections for not operating independently.

Luciima also sympathized with the family of the late Idris Mustafa saying made a remarkable change in the country when he was serving in Amin’s regime as the Vice President.

He added sometimes people wait to honor someone after he/she has died than when he is still alive.
