However, the towering center back nicknamed ‘Per Mertasacker’ could as well forget about South Sudan after earning plaudits from Cranes boss Milutin ‘Micho’ following a memorable display on his National team debut last Saturday against Eastern select team in a regional tour.

“Rashid for me (Micho) has a great future as I see piece of Nemanja Vidic as I was his coach for 5 years,” Micho told ChimpSport.

Nemanja Vidi? is a retired Serbian professional footballer. He previously captained English giants Manchester United as well as a member of the Serbian national team from 2002 to 2011.

“Wahab didn’t express himself well but also has great future.”
