Following the untimely departure of Ivan Semwanga, discount family members and friends are set to hold a memorial service not only in Uganda but South Africa too.

In an official statement released by King Lawrence, more about the deceased’s cousin brother, visit this they will hold a service to give a chance to his friends in S.A to pay their last respects.

“To our family, friends, business associates and Ugandan community in South Africa, we will have a memorial church service at St. Micheal & Angels Church, Corner of Leyds & Kotze (Opposite Sunnyside Police Station) at 3pm on Saturday 27th May 2017”, Lawrence said.

In the same communication, Lawrence took time off to warn naysayers to desist from spreading negative information about the dead.

“We have also received and read some negative messages. While we choose not to address these directly, we ask the sources of these messages to take a moment and reach within their hearts for some human conscience and respect for the departed,” he said.

As we earlier reported the body of the fallen socialite and businessman “body shall make the final return home to Uganda on Sunday 28th May 2017 and the body shall proceed to Ivan's residence in Muyenga”.
