Bobi Wine, Patra in New ‘Collabo’
Well, Bobi Wine might not have rolled out as many hits this year but he surely has something nice cooking for his fans as he announced on Facebook that he is working on a collabo with Jamaican dancehall artiste, Dorothy Smith alias Patra.
Bobi Wine revealed this as he invited his fans and all music lovers to join him as they said goodbye to Patra in a farewell party that went down at Club Ambiance on Saturday night.
“As the Ghetto President, it’s mandatory for me to host and entertain all special guests from the Ghetto Republics all over the world. Tonight, we shall have a farewell party for the Queen of the park/dance hall Queen, Patra from Jamaica. And if you get lucky you might get a chance to listen to this wicked tune from Bad Bobi Wine and Queen Patra. It is all going down tonight at Club Ambiance,” Bobi Wine wrote earlier last Saturday.
Patra who boasts of worldwide dancehall hits like ‘Romantic Call’ and ‘Pull Up to the Bumper’ was in Uganda to perform at the recently concluded Club Mega Fest that went down in Namboole stadium. She wowed the massive crowd that turned up for the event with her energetic dance moves and tunes.
This will not be the first time that the self-proclaimed Ghetto President has collaborated with a number of great Jamaican artiste seeing that he has several songs with Mr. G of the ‘Swaggerific’ fame. The songs include ‘Clean and Out’ and ‘Dilemma’.
