Another body of a woman has been picked by police in Katabi forest, Entebbe, in Wakiso District.
Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Mr Emilian Kayima identified the deceased as Jalia Nalule.
According to Kayima, the lady was a resident of Abiyata.
“Yes. We confirm another body discovered in Katabi forest today of a lady identified as Jalia Nalule, who was a resident of ABAYITA,” he said.
Nalule, the police mouthpiece added, “was reported missing ten days ago and the search for her has been on.”
Kayima further revealed that body had been taken to City Mortuary for postmortem and details woud follow.
She becomes the 8th woman to be killed in Entebbe especially in Katabi town council.
At least 8 women have been killed in Entebbe and eight in Nansana between May and August.
Over the past months, there have been lots of murders in the same area, especially woman who are first raped before being brutally murdered.
The Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura had visited the place recently and pinned a businessman to the murders who he said was masterminding the deaths for his ritual satisfaction to get more wealth.
